Shipping Information

Shipping is now a flat rate of $4.95 per order (no matter how big), to any address in the United States. In these times of insane gas prices and ever-rising shipping charges, I thought I would try something different and offer a low flat-rate shipping fee. Take advantage of it.

Sometimes, items have to ship from a manufacturer, due to inventory conditions, ordering traffic, and so on. If your order has to be shipped in two or three different shipments, you will stay pay the low $4.95 flat shipping rate.

Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, please allow up to an additional seven business days to process your order. Orders can be shipped to PO and APO boxes (within the United States), but require additional processing time.

BDR Gear does not currently ship internationally.

Shipping is primarily carried out by UPS, with occasional use of USPS or FedEx, as necessary. Orders are typically shipped out the next business day (if your order is placed before noon CST), but it can take up to five business days to process an order, depending on the items ordered and any special instructions/considerations for the merchandise.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return the product to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, in new condition, and we'll happily refund the purchase price less shipping.
